1. Promotional offers not valid in conjunction with other offers

2. Block booking promotions are valid for a maximum 6 month period only, and is non refundable

3. Learners must hold a valid provisional licence

4. Payments must be made at the start of each lesson

5. In case of no show, you’re driving instructor will wait for a max of 15 mins and you will be charged for the full lesson

6. For amendments & cancellations you are required to give at least 24hrs notice

7. Late notices will incur the full 2 hour charge of £70

8. Bookings for 1 hour is available for the first lesson only, all bookings thereafter will be for 2 hours minimum

9. Any costs, fines and damages not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the learner, e.g. Tyres, PCNs & excess etc

10. Additional £5 per hour charge will be added for all weekend lessons and weekdays after 4pm (offers excluded)

11. Driving test fees are respective to the lesson costs

12. Driving test fee includes a 1 hour lesson prior to the test, the hire of the instructors car for the use of your test, and the Instructor driving you back at the end of the test

13. Driving test fees are as follows, Barking £150, Goodmayes £150. For other test centres you can obtain a price upon request

14. Test refusals due to Learner negligence will be the full responsibility of the Learner

15. Test refusals due to Instructor & vehicle negligence will be the responsibility of the Instructor and will be compensated upto 50% of test day fee. Remainder will cover insurance and booking of the instructors time

16. Code promotion is valid only in the month specified and only one use per customer and cannot be reused

17. Offer will not be applied unless mentioned at the time of booking

18. Additional test day charges are subject to but are not limited to early morning tests before 9 am,
late test notifications (14 days), less than 40 hours of driving experience

19. For comments, complaints or compliments, please contact us via email. We aim to respond to you within 10 working days

20. Should you be unhappy with the response to the complaint, you can request for this to be reviewed by a manager. You should make this request in writing to Top Driving School, 12 Shackleton way, E16 2GX. A manager will review and respond within 56 days of receipt
